Those who have smaller hoop sizes will not be able to use all of the designs as the 5 largest scenes will not work in your hoop. The five largest scenes are for the very large hoop sizes of the Brother 4000D/Babylock Ellegante machines. And other machines that have this huge size hoop. Then there are 5 large scenes that will work in the 10 x 6 hoop size and yes, there are 5 large scenes that will work in the 5x7 hoop size.
