Happy Birthday, America!

Independence Day celebrates the birthday of the United States of America. Founded July 4th 1776, with the signing of the Declaration of Independence, America is celebrating it's 231st birthday this year!

Mailing lists and Memberships;

Speaking of mailing lists. Each week, I get some folks who write to me to tell me that they are a member of my mailing list and cannot log in to the website. They want to try the designs and projects, but cannot log in.

If you are a mailing list reader, but not a paid subscription member of the website, you cannot log in to the website. You can browse and access the Guest areas that do not require logging in.

If you are signed up on my mailing list, you will get all the news and updates, you do have access to the current Newsletter and many of the articles of past Newsletters.

You do have access to the Guest area and may look at the projects and designs in the Libraries from the galleries in the Guest Area.
You do have access to the current months photo gallery. You do get all the free samples from the Newsletter sample pages. You do get notified about the free Weekly Sampler and get the link to download it. You can shop in the embroidery store for designs and tutorials.

You will get newsletter free designs from time to time. There are many benefits to being on the mailing list. But, if you are not a paid subscription member of the website, you do not log in to the website.

If you are a member of the website with a paid subscription, you must log in to access all the members areas.

ONLY members have access to the Discussion Forum, Quilting Forum and other forums, the Design Depot, the download library and the project library. ONLY members can download all the designs and projects that are available to the members. ONLY members can upload photos to share and see ALL the photo galleries. ONLY members get a 25% discount for shopping for designs and instructional videos in the embroidery store.
Only members get half price discounts on former Design Depot designs.

I hope this helps clear up some confusion. There are benefits to being on the mailing list. There are many more benefits to being a paid member of the website.

Thread Stands
